Couple, 43 & 42, arrested after having sex in Magaluf hotel pool in full view of horrified Brit families
A GERMAN couple were arrested after allegedly having sex in front of horrified British holidaymakers and children at a Magaluf hotel.
The 43-year-old man and 42-year-old woman are accused of brazenly romping in the water at the four-star Mon Port Hotel & Spa in Port d’Andratx.
Prosecutors say several minors and their horrified families witnessed the X-rated scenes on August 13 last year.
Adults reportedly begged the pair to stop — but were ignored.
The couple were arrested and have now been charged with a crime of indecent exposure.
Public prosecutors are demanding they each pay a £4,685 fine if convicted at an upcoming trial in Majorcan capital Palma.
A British woman staying at the hotel, believed to have already given a statement to police, is among those called to give evidence.
According to the indictment made public today, the couple were in the hotel pool around 7pm when they allegedly began kissing.
The woman is said to have removed her bikini, while the man reportedly pulled his trunks down to his ankles before the pair had full sex in the water.
Magaluf brought in fines for people stripping off in the street or having sex in public when it was still notorious for Brits behaving badly on holiday.
The recent clean-up has led to many party-seeking holidaymakers moving on elsewhere.
Dozens of beach sunbeds lay empty as the usual UK party-animals were nowhere to be seen – opting to spend their time in Benidorm instead.
Port d’Andratx, around three miles from Andratx town, has traditionally been regarded as a destination for wealthier visitors to the island.
Many consider it to have one of the loveliest harbours in the Mediterranean.
The two beaches there are small but there are larger beaches nearby.
It comes after a randy couple were hauled off a plane by cops for allegedly having sex on a busy flight in front of kids.
Lovebirds Trista Reilly and Drew Arnold were caught red-handed trying to join the mile-high club during a flight to New York, according to cops.
Ms Reilly was seen “making up-and-down movements with her head while she was face down” in the lap Mr Arnold, 42 on a JetBlue flight, according to court documents obtained by WWSB.
They were caught after a mum – said to be left horrified by the vile act – reported it to a flight attendant.
She said her two kids witnessed the “disgusting public behaviour”, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.
Meanwhile, another pair were caught having sex in a central London office.
In footage sent to The Sun, a topless blonde woman can be seen bouncing on a man as he sits in a chair in full view of an upstairs window, with a passerby filming from the street outside.
He appears to be backed against a row of computer desks, and the bright overhead lights are all on.
She can be seen thrusting her head back and forth as she holds onto the back of the chair.
The incident appears to have taken place at night, with no-one else seen inside the office.
